Do I Use 32 Or 64 Bootcamp Install Went Fine

Catalina install went fine on the reformatted blank drive (from a USB Catalina boot disk), and once it was up and running, Win10 2004 home installed fine as well via bootcamp (also from a USB Win10 boot disk).

But today, when I switched the startup disk to PC to do a couple things, on bootup it kept going to a BSOD and forcing a restart instead of providing the login prompt.

But today I had the adapter unplugged, as I no longer thought Id need wired ethernet.

Turns out that without it plugged in, it would go to BSOD every time.

I plugged it in, restarted, and in Windows then pulled the adapter, and enabled a wireless network.

I went to device manager and rescanned, so it changed from a broken device, to a non-existent device.

But resetting the SMC seemed to do the trick, the machine then booted normally, saw the wireless network and allowed login just fine.

Ill still use the ethernet adapter from time to time, so Im curious if the issue will return at some point, but hopefully this fixed it for good.

The audio allows me to control volume and I can see the vu meters going up and down like it it was working, except for the fact that I cant hear anything.

Ive tried to change the output several times without any luck.
